Step 1: Sign Up

Begin your journey with Spot On Staff by registering here. Once you’re signed up, one of our dedicated Account Managers will reach out to you.


Step 2: In-Depth Consultation

Engage in a comprehensive call with our Account Managers, where we’ll explore your specific hiring needs and requirements in detail.


Step 3: Job Description Finalization

After we’ve refined the job descriptions together, we’ll assign these roles to our expert Recruitment Specialists, who will take charge of sourcing, assessing, and recommending top candidates.


Step 4: Candidate Endorsements

Once we’ve identified suitable candidates, you’ll have the opportunity to review their profiles and select which ones you’d like to move forward with for further assessments or interviews. Our Recruitment Specialist will coordinate the scheduling of these interviews to ensure a smooth process.


Step 5: Interview Process

After conducting interviews, you can choose which candidates to hire. If you need more options, our Recruitment Specialists are ready to continue sourcing additional candidates.


Step 6: Contract Facilitation

Once you’ve made your hiring decisions, our team will assist in facilitating the contract process. We’ll ensure that all terms, including start dates, working hours, and salaries, are clearly outlined and agreed upon by both parties.


            At Spot On Staff, we charge a straightforward 20% of the candidate’s annual salary upon successful placement. To make our services even more cost-effective, we offer a special 15% discount on our headhunter fee for clients who hire two or more candidates through us. This ensures you get top talent while maximizing value for your recruitment budget. 


           Yes, we stand by the quality of our placements. If a hired candidate resigns or is terminated within the first 90 business days, we will replace the specialist at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities, and we’re committed to ensuring the right fit for your team.

However, the specific location will depend on your preferences, budget, and the nature of the job role. We tailor our search to ensure we find the best talent that aligns with your unique requirements.
